Laser safety cabins can be upgraded with an active safety control system. This will cause an emergency shut off of the laser system, in case of an unauthorized entry into the cabin. The system is controlled by either mechanical or magnetic contact sensors in the door.
Our active Shutter and Shutterglasses are an active alternative to our passive glare protection. The used LCD technology will allow the switching between different darkening states (shades), within the blink of an eye. This will protect the user from hazardous radiation in just the right moments without limiting the user’s view, too much.
