Protect Laserschutz presents the new PROTECT 4Welding active welding protection set as an optimal, CE certified, protective solution for your welding applications.
The set consists of a robust aluminium case with customizable interior.
It contains the active welding shutter goggles and a face protection in the form of a mask and a protective hood.
The elegant, timeless design of the welding shutter combines ideal protection with functionality. It is certified according to the EN 379 standard for personal eye protection.
The protection of face and forehead is required by the norm EN 379 and is mandatory for your safety. The mask is certified according to the welding protection standard 11611 and the heat protection standard 11612 and, in contrast to conventional welding protection masks, additionally offers optimal laser protection from 180 - 11,000 nanometers.
The WELDING Shuttor can be combined with ONTOR glasses, which are also available from PROTECT, to offer protection in accordance with the EN 207 standard for personal eye protection against laser radiation, adaptable to your personal protection requirements. These two products can be combined with each other in just a few steps and without the use of tools.
The Shuttor technology enables the glasses to darken from SHADE 3 to SHADE 10 within fractions of a second and thus provide the required protection for a large range of welding processes.
The commercially available, easily replaceable battery already included in the set and the on and off switchable SHUTTOR function guarantee you a long lasting and sustainable product.
Putting on the mask is done in a few easy steps. First of all, the practical Velcro strap is closed around the head. Then close the click-lock strap around the neck and adjust it to your required size.
The mask has been specially developed for use in combination with the WELDING SHUTTOR and is characterized by high wearing comfort, low weight and an ideal field of vision. It also offers good skin compatibility and is washable. Good, unimpeded air circulation prevents fogging of the lenses.
You can easily combine the mask with a construction helmet.
The mask can also be combined with the CAP available with the PROTECT.
The laser protection hood is already included in the set.
